We analyse the structural vulnerabilities of democratic systems to foreign information manipulation, asymmetric disinformation operations and the algorithmic fragmentation of the civic sphere. Our research develops systemic, technical and institutional defences that preserve public trust and cognitive security while upholding constitutional guarantees of free speech and individual liberty.
